China Flexpat started in May 2020 as a podcast. It is becoming the career platform for international professionals who want to work in or with China — with the podcast as its content heart.

Our mission is to give Flexpats a platform to share their knowledge and experience of pursuing a career in China — and to show how you can become a well-paid and happy China Flexpat with the right skills and mindset.
Talent and employers struggle to find each other. We solve that discovery problem from both sides: the podcast and learning paths prepare professionals, the community connects them, and the jobs and employer pages bring the opportunities in.
- 2020 — the China Flexpat podcast launches with episode #1.
- 2021 — Leadership series and the first Portuguese and German specials.
- 2023–2026 — past 170 episodes; 10+ community events a year.
- Now — the platform: learning paths, jobs, community and employer services.
